In the midst of great sadness for those in London, and others around the world who similarly suffer from the pains of the fallen place in which we live , I am praying and determining that more than ever, I will stand in this world wherever I can, and “Testify to Love”. Not some vague 60′s “flower power” (yes, I WAS there!) love, but the “Love that will not let me go”; the love that sent God’s Son to experience our struggles and pain firsthand; the love that CHOSE to experience pain , humiliation and an agonizing death, to buy me back into God’s perfect kingdom. I pray also for God to sweep through those who seem so far from Him, being consumed by anger so blind, that they justify the murder of innocents for whatever their “higher cause”.I was watching an interview with Billy Graham the other day, and he was asked to give his opinion on the death of American young men in Iraq. His response was to the point…”Everyone dies…the question is whether one has accepted God’s gift of Jesus Christ ..”(approximate quotation)….May every one of us find ourselves in His grace; every day, and when we meet Him face-to-face, whether that be tomorrow or 100 years from now. God’s Love…Jim

Jim, You are joking!!!???!!! I am very familiar with Score! In fact my family is friends with Ron Bishop. I guess you are familiar with him?? He started Score. Ron was basketball coach at Tennessee Temple when I went there. Later, my family had been friends with him, particularly my sister, Bonnie. But before my dad died in 2000, he was in the hospital for a long time and Ron went to the hospital almost every day and visited my dad. I love Ron. He was such an encouragement to my family. Small world, huh???
