A Psalm of Hope
Oh God, Who makes all life to grow;
Who lives inside of me,
with Your sweet Spirit
fill my soul,
and set this captive free!
Fill ev’ry corner, ev’ry turn -
of body, mind and soul;
With your own joy, and life and thought
suffuse and make me whole.
Father, set my feet to dance
and lift my arms in praise.
With all Your power, take my life
that I may anthems raise
to worship You for all You’ve done
and all You plan to do,
let ev’ry fiber resonate
and live to worship You.
Oh God Who makes all life to grow
come, live inside of me.
With your sweet Spirit take control,
and set this captive free!

And He will, dear brother, He will. Live in you, and set you free. in Him, Gerrie
Amen and amen!
hi Jim,
I happen to stumble into your site as I browse the Christian Thinkers blog ring… I love the Deep, Deep Love of Jesus song… very stirring in the end…
anyway, just wanna say hi and great site you got here!
This is my prayer, too Jim. Thank you for these words. Have you put them to music? They would be a choice song of worship. I have been going back and reading your posts. You are such a blessing to me, Jim. I love the things you shared ~ testimonies and pictures ~ of Rachel & her ministry. Blessings to you, & have a great weekend! Carolyn
Good Psalm….thanks for your comments – Have a good weekend!

Hi Jim ~ Thank you for sharing this wonderful prayer poem. I can truly pray it completely, and shall plan to in days to come. I thank God for your gift of expression and joy, & the love you have for our Lord! I went back and enjoyed the posts from earlier this month, too. How cool that you and Ray had time together! And what a blessing to hear from Rachel, and see how God is blessing her ministry. I own that same Selah c.d., & have it ripped onto my computer so that I can listen to it over & over again. I’m always blessed by “fellow-m.k.’s” whom God is using in declaring His message. Steve Green is another of my favorite “fellow-m.k.” singers that I so appreciate. I love the ones that he does in Spanish, too. Well, I think that I’ve written you a long enough message! May God continue to bless you as you bless Him and those around you. Love in Jesus ~ Carolyn
Amen. Good Psalm.

Sorry about multiple comments. I’m having trouble with Xanga “losing” my comments, & then…. bingo! There it was… as you see, I was trying to reconstruct my first comment. I got your reply. Please have the music on your site when it’s finished… PTL for this!
RYC: I respect you for that, Jim.
Actually, The Glory Broke Out is a song. traditional gospel, 3-4 time. (waltz beat). The next time its posting comes around (which might be a while), I’ll post a recording for it like I did with “Rodeo Queen.” I’m still trying to learn it well enough on the guitar, on account of I had the tune all this time and never tried to pick it out until reciently.
